MIJ Solution provides the following services as an authorized Channel Partner of Cyklop Company:
All Cyklop machines and equipment supplied by MIJ Solution come with manufacturer warranties as per Cyklop Company's standard terms. MIJ Solution provides additional service warranties for installation, training, and maintenance services as agreed in individual service contracts.
Installation services are provided by certified technicians. Customer must provide adequate space, power supply, and environmental conditions as specified in the machine requirements.
Maintenance services are available through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) or on-call basis. Preventive maintenance schedules will be agreed upon during contract signing.
24/7 technical support is provided for emergency breakdowns. Response times vary based on location and service contract terms.
Payment terms are specified in individual quotations and contracts. Generally:
MIJ Solution's liability is limited to the value of equipment or services provided. We are not responsible for consequential losses, production losses, or indirect damages arising from equipment failure or service interruptions.
All Cyklop trademarks, patents, and intellectual property remain with Cyklop Company. MIJ Solution has authorized rights to distribute and service Cyklop products in assigned territories.
MIJ Solution maintains strict confidentiality of customer information, production data, and technical specifications. We do not share customer information with third parties without explicit consent.
MIJ Solution is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts having jurisdiction in the location of MIJ Solution's registered office.
MIJ Solution reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Termination does not affect warranty obligations or pending service commitments.
